By accessing or using the Dymai Sound website and purchasing or downloading the Proclethya synthesizer (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or software.

2. License Grant (GPL v3.0)

The Proclethya synthesizer software is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). You are free to use the software for personal and commercial audio production.

• You are free to run, study, share, and modify the software under the terms of the GPL 3.0 license.
• The complete source code is provided on GitHub at github.com/dejansubotin/Proclethya-Code.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and downloadable software, all sales are strictly final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the software or license key has been accessed or downloaded. We provide comprehensive documentation to ensure you verify hardware compatibility before purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

While the software code is licensed under GPL 3.0, the trademarks and branding relating to Dymai Sound remain the property of Dymai Sound. The presets included with the Software can be used freely in your commercial music productions, but the preset files themselves may not be individually redistributed.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Dymai Sound be held liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use of the Software.
